General Information:
Bar Supervision is a two year higher certificate programme aimed at developing the skills and knowledge of the students. This will enable them to pursue a rewarding career in the licensed trade and hotel sectors. The emphasis of the course is on the following core areas:
• Beverage knowledge and service skills
• Cocktail knowledge and service
• An introduction to bar supervision.
