This programme provides the basis for a progressive career for students seeking entry into the Irish and international tourism and hospitality industry with a specialisation in front office management. The programme will also allow you to gain the knowledge and develop the skills required for positions such as secretaries, personal assistants, receptionists in industrial, commercial and service organisations.

As a student you will obtain an understanding of the principles and practice of front office management. Work based learning is also an integral component of this programme and may be undertaken in Ireland or indeed internationally. Practical training is provided in the front office lab training facility in our dedicated Hotel, Culinary and Tourism Department.
