General Information:
Hospitality Studies is a two year higher certificate programme aimed at developing the skills and knowledge of the students. This will enable them to pursue a rewarding career in the hotel and catering industry. The emphasis of the course is on the following core areas:
• Food and beverage production and service
• Front office and accommodation operations
• An introduction to hotel and catering supervision.
