Course Overview
The National Apprenticeship Programme (NAP) in professional cookery consists of a combination of day release, block release and on-the-job training over a 3 year period.

Year 1 At the beginning of Year 1, apprentices must complete a block of college based training (six-weeks in total during college year) and attend college for 1 day per week for 24 weeks
Year 2 Apprentices complete 4 weeks college based training and attend college for 1 day per week for 26 weeks
