Limerick IT Front Office Students visit top hotel

LIT Hotel Front Office Management Students on a visit to the 5* Four Seasons Hotel in Ballsbridge, Dublin 4.
The Front Office Management students travelled to Dublin as part of their two day field trip. Student got the opportunity to visit the luxury 5* Four Seasons Hotel in Ballsbridge which has been ranked on Travel and Leisure's Top 500 hotels.
Students saw at first hand the luxury service been provided to all hotel guests and got a personal tour of the establishment by representatives from the HR department. The students enjoyed an interesting presentation from Mr. Tony Coveney who had been recently promoted to Front Desk House Manager for the Four Seasons Dublin. He moved up from his most recent position as Front Office Manager and previously served as a Sales Manager for the hotel.
The students then got a contrasting tour of the Dillon Hotel (5* Boutique Hotel) by Mr. Chris O’Sullivan who also treated the students to dinner in the hotel’s luxury dining room.
The group from Limerick IT stayed in D4 hotels, formerly known as Jurys Ballsbridge.
On day 2, the students enjoyed a visit to the Guinness Storehouse, "Ireland’s No. 1 international visitor attraction" before catching the train back to Limerick.
