If you’re wondering if a career in the tourism & hospitality industry is for you and you don’t want to spend a full year waiting to find out why not try out our short courses and get a fully recognised qualification over a short period 13 weeks – 16 weeks.
There are three different short skills courses run at four Fáilte Ireland Training Centres in Cork, Dublin, Limerick and Waterford. All courses are full-time courses, so you will be in the training centre from Monday to Friday from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.
Each of these short courses focus on providing the students with a skills-set that are practical and would be really useful in the workplace. To achieve this, our classrooms are not normal classrooms – they are professional kitchens, restaurants and bars!
