LIT students cook up a storm with the launch www.foodle.ie
An innovative project has been launched this week by the Professional Cookery graduating class of 2009 from Limerick Institute of Technology (LIT www.foodle.ie hosts a range of tried and tested recipes, suited to all tastes. The web site reflects the areas that the students cover in Professional Cookery Course The students each devised the recipes, worked through the design process and prepared and devised the concept for the food shot that appears with their recipe on the site and is also produced as a book.
